The inspiration behind this piece was from the iconic terrain and couloirs of the Eastern Sierra, blended with the ocean and waves, and Old Man Winter watching over it all. Old Man winter has become somewhat of an iconic symbol and element to a lot of my paintings and graphics. This particular piece can be seen on my upcoming skis, goggle, backpack, and mittens.
