How do timed release drops work?

Timed release drops will be pre-announced to our subscribers and made available for purchase during a 24-hour period. Everyone who orders on the sale day gets a print. We will never re-print an edition, once it has been made available for a timed-release drop. Artists proofs and Printers proofs are in limited supply and will be released for sale to the public after each drop. Inquire about proofs at info@chrisbenchetler.com

As a small business we truly appreciate all your business & support. Please read our return policies carefully, they are as follows;

Fine Art Prints
Due to the delicate nature of shipping fine art prints, we do not accept returns on fine art prints.  All sales are final.  

If you have received a damaged print, please notify us at info@chrisbenchetler.com within 72 hours of receiving your shipment & we'd be happy to replace it. Please send us  photos of your damaged print to facilitate this process.  

Apparel
Incorrect Orders 
If you have received anything different than what is stated on your order confirmation (incorrect size, wrong item, or missing item) CB INK will cover all costs of your return package. For U.S. & international customers. To start a return, you can contact us at info@chrisbenchetler.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return or Exchange
If you have received exactly what you ordered but wish to return for another item on our site or exchange for a different size, the cost of the return package back to CB INK HQ in California will be the customers responsibility. CB INK will cover the shipment of your new package from HQ to its destination. Unfortunately we are not taking international returns or exchanges at this time.  To start a return, you can contact us at info@chrisbenchetler.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
